What You Can Write to Us About

Android questions and problems
Stuck on something your phone is doing, or not doing? Describe it. We can’t promise a personal fix for every case, but reader questions often turn into full guides that help many other people with the same problem.

Corrections and outdated steps
Android changes with almost every update. Menus move, options get renamed, features appear or disappear. If a guide no longer matches your device, please let us know which article it is and what you’re seeing instead. We take corrections seriously, and the way we handle them is explained in our Editorial Policy.

Topic suggestions
If there’s an Android feature, app, setting or error message you’d like explained, send it our way. Suggestions from readers help shape what we write next.

Business and partnership inquiries
For advertising, collaborations or other business matters, use the same email address and put “Business” in the subject line so your message reaches the right place quickly.

Help Us Help You

If you’re writing about a problem, a few details make a big difference:

  • Phone brand and model (for example, Samsung Galaxy S24 or Google Pixel 9)
  • Android version (you’ll find it under Settings > About phone > Software information or Android version)
  • What happens, including any error message, word for word if you can
  • What you’ve already tried, so we don’t suggest the same steps again
  • Screenshots, if they help show the problem

A Few Things We Can’t Help With

To keep things clear and safe, we don’t:

  • Repair phones or access devices remotely
  • Help bypass screen locks, Google account verification (FRP) or carrier locks on phones you don’t own
  • Recover accounts or passwords on your behalf
  • Provide support for a specific company’s product warranty or billing issues (your phone’s manufacturer or carrier is the right contact for those)

Please also don’t send passwords, PINs, recovery codes or other sensitive personal details in your email. We’ll never ask for them.

Response Time

We read every message, and we do our best to reply as soon as we can. Answers can take a little longer during busy periods. If your question would make a useful article, we may reply with a link to a new guide once it’s published.

Your Privacy

Your email address and message are used only to reply to you. We don’t sell them or add you to any mailing list without your permission. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
